We are now looking to recruit an inspirational Bar Manager to join our existing dynamic team. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager you must thrive in a busy environment and be able to work under pressure. As Blind Spot Bar Manager you will manage the daily running of the bar operation, with responsibility for stock control, financial reporting, service delivery, recruitment and rosters.
