A well-established Vietnamese restaurant group with venues across London. Awarded the best pho in London by Time Out Magazine our sites specialise in both authentic Vietnamese cooking as well as Saigon Street food which is served up by our delis across the capital.

With 6 venues in total our main goal is to bring you the best in Vietnamese cooking using fresh local produce and authentic cooking techniques and recipes.

Each of our restaurants in London has a busy bar area which plays a major role in our restaurants. All serving bespoke and classic cocktails, full wine lists & soft drinks, we are now on the hunt for a new bar manager to head up out central location.


Job Description:


Bar Manager - Immediate Start - Cocktail Bar Manager 

The job role will include but not be limited to –

- Ordering and stock control

- Managing a rota

- Financial reporting

- Cocktail creation

- Staff training

- Heading up and managing our busy restaurant bar and 3 bartenders

- Communicate all customer needs to staff

- Meet target cost of sales determined by company budgets

- Bar maintenance

- Monitor quality and service standards

- Delivery management / supplier management

- Opening and closing of the bar


The Ideal Candidate:


- Proven history of working in a bar at management/supervisor level for at least 1-2 years

- Understand of costs including GPs

- High levels of personal motivation

- Well presented, articulate, enthusiastic

- Great cocktail, wine and spirit knowledge

- Experience in creating cocktails

- Sales experience

- Experience in ordering and stock control

- Experience in managing a rota

- Experience in reporting

- Be able to recruit, train and develop a team

- Creative & passionate
