Moro is owned by husband and wife team, Sam and Sam Clark and has been a stalwart of the London restaurant scene since 1997. It is highly regarded for bringing the Moorish flavours of Spain, North Africa and the Eastern Mediterranean to London. The menu changes every 3 weeks; we always bake sourdough daily in our wood oven and use a charcoal grill to give the food its distinctive character. There is a long zinc bar with an emphasis on seasonal cocktails and Sherries.
Moro Restaurant is currently looking a full time chef and bartender. Experience is necessary, as is a hardworking and positive attitude. In return, we offer a good rate of pay, 6 shifts a week and a supportive environment within the Moro family.
