Moro is owned by husband and wife team, Sam and Sam Clark and has been a stalwart of the London restaurant scene since 1997. It is highly regarded for bringing the Moorish flavours of Spain, North Africa and the Eastern Mediterranean to London.
The seasonal menu changes every 3 weeks; we bake sourdough in our wood oven, grill over charcoal to give the food its distinctive character and make yoghurt daily.
Moro Restaurant is currently looking for a full time chef. Experience is preferred but not necessary, yet a passion for food and a positive, hard-working attitude are essential. In return, we offer a good rate of pay, 6 shifts a week and a supportive environment where chefs can grow and learn.
We also take our staff to annual food and wine trips to Spain and the eastern Mediterranean.
