Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to become a part of our award-winning team! This summer, we will be opening a new stand-alone, Sicilian-inspired restaurant in London’s Fitzrovia.
At the heart of our upcoming restaurant, Norma, are our people. Their expertise and energy will bring our Sicilian-inspired restaurant to life. We are looking for a team of talented chefs from a range of backgrounds to open our restaurant. The ideal candidate will capture the very essence of our brand and bring with them positivity, energy, and creativity.
Working within this brigade you will become part of an exceptional culinary team who will provide food service across three floors of a converted, characterful townhouse on Charlotte Street in Fitzrovia.
The bottom two floors will be dedicated to the restaurant and a first-floor cocktail bar, with the top floor a private dining space. The restaurant will offer all-day dining from a menu of antipasti, pasta, grilled fish, and a selection of meat dishes using both Italian and British seasonal produce, enhanced with Moorish influences. There will also be an addition of a unique crudo bar serving up the freshest seasonal raw seafood.
The restaurant will be overseen by the celebrated chef and Culinary Director, Ben Tish. You will need to have a genuine passion for cooking, with a sound knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and quality service to create a unique culinary experience in the heart of London.
