The Arts Club is a vibrant private members’ club in the heart of London’s Mayfair. Founded in 1863, the Club is a place for those with an interest in the arts, literature and sciences, and provides its Members with a place to meet, dine, entertain and exchange ideas.
With three restaurants, a nightclub, a beautiful courtyard garden, 9 hotel rooms and a thriving events programme, the Club sits at the heart of contemporary cultural life in London.
The Club is expanding internationally to Dubai and LA over the next two years, and recently opened a private gym and health club, Lanserhof at The Arts Club, in Mayfair.
- We are looking for both an Assistant Reception and Reservations Manager and a Deputy Reception and Reservations Manager to join our dynamic team.
- Under the guidance of the Reception and Reservations Manager, these roles will be responsible for the coaching, nurture and development of all reception and reservations members of staff, including supervisors and senior and junior members of the team to achieve set objectives/targets for the sound conduct of the business.
- To maintain the highest standards of service and operational efficiency within reception and reservations, maximizing business at all times.

The ideal candidate should be warm, approachable and efficient at all times, able to communicate effectively with both our members and their colleagues, with proven management experience in luxury, high volume hospitality venues.
They will demonstrate excellent customer service skills at all times, be able to connect and build rapport with members and their guests at every opportunity and be able to manage and motivate the team, leading my example at all times.
