Carousel’s open kitchen is home to an ever-changing line-up of talented chefs from around the world who share our philosophy on what eating out should be all about: amazing cooking, friendly service, a relaxed environment and a shared experience from one table to the next.
Our young and dynamic team collaborates closely with our guest chefs to ensure that no matter who’s cooking, the Carousel personality is always at the heart of the experience. That means carefully selected wines, creative cocktails and impeccable service.
We also take the reins at lunchtime, serving up a regularly changing menu of seasonal small plates that showcases the finest produce that these isles have to offer.
We are on the lookout for a Floor Manager who will be responsible for running services. Someone who can help the Restaurant Manager run trainings and weekly tastings with the team, get involved with all the research and development that goes into our drinks lists, and liaise with the week’s guest chefs and ensure we put forward the best Carousel has to offer. The Floor Manager will also be required to carry out background duties in between service hours to ensure that everything needed for service is in place.
