Scully St. James’s is Ramael Scully’s first solo venture. Scully was previously Head Chef for Yotam Ottolenghi for 7 years and co-authored the NOPI cookbook.
Scully’s cooking style is eclectic and international. The philosophy of the restaurant is fine dining in an informal atmosphere with immaculate service and presentation. In just 16 months Scully St James’s has established a fine reputation.
This is a unique role that allows the manager to be part of a great creative experience in one of the most cutting-edge restaurants in town. It's a small, thriving business and you'll have your chance to make a true mark on the avant-garde London scene.
The successful applicant will lead all aspects of the restaurant and ensure an excellent Scully experience for both guests and the team whilst maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality controls.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a hands-on, passionate, dedicated and dynamic General Manager able to lead and perform across multiple disciplines. Demonstrable experience of cellar and bar management, a commanding front of house presence, consummate personnel, IT, comms and equipment management skills are all essential.
