General Manager, Vietnamese Kitchen

A well-established Vietnamese restaurant group with venues across London. Awarded the best pho in London by Time Out Magazine our sites specialise in both authentic Vietnamese cooking as well as Saigon Street food which is served up by our delis across the capital.

With 6 venues in total, our main goal is to bring you the best in Vietnamese cooking using fresh local produce and authentic cooking techniques and recipes. 


Job Description:

2 of our venues are now looking for brand new general managers to head up our teams. 

Located in both Central & East London, our restaurants are seeking hard-working & passionate General Managers.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

-Experience working as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager

-Ability to control wage costs, manage P&L and review rotas accordingly

-Experience in implementing effective standardised systems to the business

-Willingness to lead the team by example

-Experience in training staff as well as implementing disciplinary procedures

-Effective communication skills 

-Good knowledge of or experience in Asian cuisine and culture is a bonus!
