Founded by Nieves Barragan and José Etura, Sabor (meaning flavour in Spanish) takes you on a journey from the tapas bars of Andalucía, through to the asadors of Castile and the seafood restaurants of Galicia. Sabor focuses on capturing the flavour of Spain as well as showcasing the use of traditional ingredients and cooking methods, and a relaxed approach to dining.
The quality of the produce our kitchen enjoys is unparalleled. Upstairs in the Asador, whole suckling pigs are cooked in the wood-fired oven, and octopus are simmered in giant copper pots. Downstairs in the restaurant, a seafood counter sits next to dining bar, where guests can oversee the kitchen in full service.

We’re looking for a dedicated and hands-on Head Chef to join the family of our Michelin Starred restaurant. We're looking for a Head Chef who is passionate about the finest quality ingredients, determined to lead the team to create and deliver exceptional dishes in our award winning, critically acclaimed restaurant on Heddon Street..
The Ideal Candidate:
As Head Chef, you must be highly organised and have excellent culinary skills. You will manage the overall kitchen operation, including prep schedules, stock control, rota management, as well as day to day management of the kitchen team. This role therefore demands first rate communication and team building skills.
We are looking a Head Chef with the following :
Previous experience as Head Chef within a similar high profile restaurant
A creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail
Strength in stock control, logistics and margin control
Proven experience of managing staff costs and rota management
A working knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety compliance and procedures
Ability to lead your team with a positive, team-player attitude and lots of personality and humour.
