Who We Are:

Owned by Chef Brett Graham, The Ledbury is a two Michelin starred, fine dining neighbourhood restaurant situated in Notting Hill, West London.

Our restaurant is focused on providing seasonal, modern British food, welcoming service and a memorable dining experience to all our guests.

We are looking for a Head Sommelier with previous experience as an Assistant Head or Head Sommelier in a Michelin Star restaurant.

This is a full-time position and interviews are being held now.

You should be able to:


Deliver an approachable, professional and guest focused wine service

Competently manage and inspire a team of 5 full time sommeliers and their schedules

Work closely with 55 wine suppliers and 10 drinks/spirits suppliers

Oversee and complete quarterly stock take duties

Manage large quantities of paid reserves stock stored off site and the associated stocktaking

Maintain and constantly develop a 600 bin wine list

Write daily changing food and wine pairings

Contribute to and develop the existing wine training programme
