Job Description: The day to day of this role will be varied, so we need someone who is confident in all aspects of HR and recruitment.
Some of the key focuses will be;
-Disciplinary Management and assistance
-To be the main point of contact for all employee HR queries, solving questions, problems and requests both efficiently & effectively.
-Manage company recruitment strategy and assist all departments with recruitment support.
-Assist in creating internal engagement, social & recognition activities.
-Ensure faultless ‘Right to Work’ compliance across the business.
-Complete monthly people reports assessing turnover.
-Assist in training management on all key HR areas to ensure best practice.
-Key contact for all employee benefit queries and issues; Maternity, Paternity, Long term sickness etc.
-Assisting the senior team with any HR initiatives or projects.
