Our kitchen team cook simply delicious, traditional, regional dishes from around Europe showcasing produce sourced directly by us, from small farms & producers.   


Job Description:


A very hands-on job, that will suit a Jnr Sous looking to join a company that continues to expand and develop new projects and ideas through our Cafés, Shops & Tasting Events

You will be working under our Head Chef overseeing 2 kitchens creating daily changing seasonal kitchen menus for our Cafes private events / tutored tastings. Along with fresh & ambient product lines for our shops. - It’s all about produce – the shop is your larder.

An understanding of European regional cuisine & produce is essential.
along with a broad set of cooking skills - terrines, cured meats, pies, cakes, biscuits, chutneys, pickles & jams regional dishes. You will have a good work ethic, knowledge of stock control and be well organised & calm under pressure during service. A generous nature & a sense of humour is a must!


About The Role:

- Straight & Split shifts including weekends & evenings.
- 50 hours per week
- 2 days off in week
- Training in house in the Kitchen, Shop & Cheeseroom.
- Service charge paid to all the staff, including the kitchen.
