Job Description:

 

Lollipop, the company behind some of the capital's most innovative hospitality concepts, are looking for well organised, dynamic and creative managers to join the team at either The Bletchley and ABQ London.

ABQ is the world's first immersive molecular cocktail bar where you get to “cook” and infuse your own drinks in an RV (Motorhome) on some banging hip-hop and gangster rap tunes.


The Bletchley is an immersive world of code-breaking and cocktails. Our guests use World War 2 Enigma machines, find clues hidden around the venue to crack codes from which our Mixologists design personalised & bespoke cocktails.


We are looking for managers with excellent people skills and a love of delivering tremendous experiences. You will be just as comfortable jumping on the floor, behind the bar or acting as Host as required. A love of cocktails is a must.


You will uphold high standards at all times, pay close attention to detail, be an excellent problem solver and able to manage stock and sales effectively. You will care about reviews and ensure every customer gets the best service. 


The General Manager would be reporting to the Operations Manager for the group and will be responsible for daily, weekly & monthly reporting, cost control, & HR. Other management positions will be reporting to the General Manager and will be responsible for reporting in their absence.


We offer 28 days holidays holiday and 50% staff discount across all Lollipop venues. There will be opportunity to progress and work on new and exciting venue openings.

 

 

The Ideal Candidate:

 

 

- Will have a background both behind the bar and on the floor in a venue generating over £60K a month gross

- Leading and motivating a team of up to 8 staff members

- Stock control and ordering, while building supplier relationships

- P&L management

- Development of new menus and unique cocktails

- Personal licence essential

- A background of experience lead service is ideal

- Knowledge of ResDiary would be a bonus

Successful applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and available for a training session on 10th June.
