h Club London is a unique private members club in the heart of Covent Garden, for members of the creative industries to connect, collaborate and create. Founded by Paul G. Allen, global philanthropist and co-founder of Microsoft and musician, Dave Stewart, the seven-story building houses a TV studio, an art gallery, restaurant, lounges and bars, 36 seat screening room, a dedicated live performance space and 15 boutique bedrooms.
Acting as a crucial link between h Club London and the wider creative and cultural community, this role requires a target driven, self-starter with an excellent personal & professional network within the industry and a natural flair for sales.
This highly sociable, energetic, and proactive individual will have strong knowledge and a passion for the creative industries. Their main responsibility will be to promote and sell membership through targeted outreach initiatives; cultivating further external relationships, and converting prospective audiences into approved new memberships.
The role will involve working closely with the Senior Membership and Development Manager; agreeing and developing key sales strategies and defining membership packages in order to target a variety of specific networks. The Membership Outreach Manager will structure and manage a diary of constructive appointments in order to grow existing networks, and attend a variety of relevant London events through-out the year. The Membership Outreach Manager will use both general first hand research and their own personal contact lists to establish, meet and follow up potential membership leads.
The role will also involve organising and hosting visits and tours of h Club London for prospective members and organisations, becoming a strong presence within the wider market, maintaining accurate and relevant information of membership packages and activities in order to actively promote h Club London, continuously identify relevant audiences and key areas the Club would benefit from being more visible within and proactively defining new opportunities of sales. The Membership Outreach Manager will also uphold a presence in the Club and at select member events and propose new committee members where applicable.
Through the above, the Membership Outreach Manager will aim to deliver 50+ successful new members per quarter. Due to the nature of the role, a level of flexibility regarding working evenings and at weekends will be required.
