New Opening, Orasay

Orasay is a new restaurant, launching March 2019, by chefs Jackson Boxer & Andrew Clarke. The 50 cover dining room in Notting Hill will showcase the exceptional produce of the British Isles, with a particular focus on the seafood of the pure, rich waters off the Western Isles of Scotland.

A contemporary neighbourhood bistro, the welcome will be warm and friendly; the service whip-smart yet informal; the food confident, simple, and delicious. No more than five elements on a plate, but each one perfectly sourced, judged and cooked.

Suppliers will include some of the best dayboat fisheries around, and a couple of amazing divers who will be exclusively working with us. The menu will be short, produce-led, and change in line with what our suppliers believe is the best quality available.

Must be available to start work from February 18th.

Assistant Manager - To work closely with the GM in the day to day operations. At least 1 years experience in a busy restaurant manager/AGM capacity and with a love of hospitality in all its forms. An understanding of fresh, seasonal produce, good wine knowledge and the ability to lead and inspire a team. Good communication skills and the capacity to contribute to a positive and vibrant atmosphere are essential. Packages starting at 28K+ benefits


Waiting Staff - A professional attitude to the job, an amateur's love of the product. Looking for individuals who take great pleasure in food and wine, and also in other people. We are looking for full time waiting staff with at least 1 years experience in a busy restaurant. A good understanding of fresh produce and intermediate wine knowledge would be a distinct advantage. 

CDP - At least 2 years experience in good London kitchens, a serious interest in the craft, a desire to grow and learn, pride in working to the highest standard with the very best product. Both I and Andrew still work in our kitchens and place the highest importance in a happy, focussed, respectful environment, where personal development and good quality of life are integral. Packages starting at 26k+ plus benefits for 8 shifts.

Sous - 32k+ plus benefits, 8 shifts, must have at least 1 year's experience at Jnr Sous level minimum in good London or recognised national kitchen. Responsibility for rotas and stock management, as well as kitchen organisation. Opportunities for creative input possible.
