This year Lantana celebrated 10 years of morning till night dining in London. As we embark on a new period of growth, from our three successful sites in Fitzrovia, Shoreditch and London Bridge, we are looking for a dynamic, seasoned hospitality professional who has what it takes to make Lantana purr like a cat operationally. This role could suit an experienced General Manager of a busy large operation ready for a step up, or someone already established in an operations role.
The role is very hands-on with a focus on site processes and organisation; staff development; and customer satisfaction. A keen attention to detail is necessary as well as an understanding of the benefit of training and consistent processes to the ultimate satisfaction of our customers.
Lantana has embraced technology where it can make us better and more productive. This role takes responsibility for those platforms including stock ordering, till systems, payment systems, HR planning, operational reporting, reservation platforms and digital catering channels.
Your key contacts in the business will be the two owners, who are involved day-to-day, and the site management teams and kitchen leaders. You will also take responsibility for coordinating staff training overall.

This is a five day a week role with some weekend work required as we are busy on weekends. Salary £45k plus attractive performance-based bonus. 28 days leave per annum including bank holidays.
