FOLIE is one of the most exciting London restaurant opening in 2019, located in a much sought-after location on Golden Square, Soho, on the Mayfair border. It will be an all-day dining high-end restaurant concept, a modern and glamorous interpretation of a French Riviera restaurant designed by the talented Studio KO (Chiltern Firehouse and Yves Saint Laurent Museum).
We are looking for a talented, motivated and driven Restaurant Manager who loves to share that passion with us and strives to provide excellent customer service in a dynamic company environment
Lead a dynamic pre-opening front of house restaurant team in one of the most exciting restaurant openings of 2019.
Both guest and team experience will be at the heart of what we do. You will lead your team by example, keeping them involved and motivated; helping them feel empowered and supported, confident in providing excellent experiences for our guests.
Drive revenue through well planned and create initiatives and incentives, alongside a strong understanding of the guest booking and profiling system.
The Ideal Candidate:
A track record of leading teams in restaurants; you are a natural at inspiring trust and bringing others along on a journey
2+ years’ experience in a similar restaurant management role in a busy, bustling environment.
Well proven experience in training cost control, payroll and scheduling.
Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Has excellent knowledge and love of food, hospitality and the restaurant scene both in UK and internationally. Wine qualifications and experience would be an advantage.
Passion for hospitality – you are all about creating memorable experiences.
