Hodgepodge is a thriving local restaurant situated between Finsbury Park and Crouch end serving traditional British food. The restaurant has obtained an excellent reputation for serving a range of modern British food. We are hoping to expand in the future as we build on our current success.
We are keen to continue our very high standards both in the kitchen and front of house. Chef/owner Simon Hodge takes influence from classic and traditional British recipes and creates a set 5 course menu.
Alongside the food Hodgepodge serves wine and beverages which are selected from small independent British winemakers and breweries whose ethos revolves around minimal chemical intervention and a hands-on approach.
Manage day to day restaurant duties, supervise waiting staff. Stock control and ordering. Record keeping.
The ideal candidate will be experienced at working in a busy restaurant environment and will exhibit excellent interpersonal skills. A great opportunity for someone seeking a step into management and to join a successful team.

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years experience.
