Launching in October 2019 Wilder ( will be a contemporary British restaurant from Sir Terence Conran & Chef Richard McLellan located within the Shoreditch institution, Boundary London (

The venue features a 60-cover restaurant, 40-cover bar and 12-cover private dining room. Wilder utilises the flavours from natural and considered British ingredients, to create elegant dishes and a relaxed dining experience for guests.


Job Description:


Restaurant Manager responsible for training and leading a professional team, administration and operations systems and an ongoing focus on guest experience.


The Ideal Candidate:


- An outgoing personality and the drive to offer the best customer service possible

- Previous experience as a Manager in a fine-dining restaurant (opening experience is a bonus)

- Passion for working in hospitality

- Excellent communication skills with a good command of English

- A kind, tolerant and ethical approach to the industry

- Passion for food, wine, drinks and cocktails with a desire to learn and to teach

- Drive and ambition to progress your career in a quality restaurant group

- A strong work ethic
