Launching in October 2019 Wilder (www.wilderlondon.co.uk) will be a contemporary British restaurant from Sir Terence Conran & Chef Richard McLellan located within the Shoreditch institution, Boundary London (www.boundary.london).
The venue features a 60-cover restaurant, 40-cover bar and 12-cover private dining room. Wilder utilises the flavours from natural and considered British ingredients, to create elegant dishes and a relaxed dining experience for guests.
Restaurant Manager responsible for training and leading a professional team, administration and operations systems and an ongoing focus on guest experience.

- Previous experience as a Manager in a fine-dining restaurant (opening experience is a bonus)
