Pompette, the French word for ‘Tipsy’ is Pascal Wiedemann’s new restaurant & wine bar in North Oxford. He is looking for a talented and passionate Senior Sous Chef. Focusing on seasonal and ingredient lead bistro cookery the menu is daily changing and takes inspiration from across Europe. Pascal brings his experience as Head Chef at Terroir’s and 6 Portland Road in London and is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team and support him in running the kitchen.
The role will be to support Pascal in all areas of running the kitchen and in the development of the menus and training the team.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Sous Chef and passes a strong knowledge of cookery and the ability to help support and develop the team.
