LINO are looking for energetic members as we expand our offering to include breakfast and off-sale. A fantastic opportunity to learn from in house bakery and butchery, whilst being a part of a small but driven team, along with being part of a small company that is championing social enterprise, UK producers and better working in hospitality.


Job Description:

Breakfast Chef:

- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

- Small but concise menu made in house.

- Support an ambitious kitchen.

- Support with stock rotation and stock taking.

- 100% of tips and tronc to the team.

CDP / Sous:

- 5 days Monday to Saturday, closed Sundays.

- Supporting a head and executive chef in running a tidy and efficient kitchen.

- Open fire cooking, in house bakery and butchery.

- Work with small suppliers, helping with production of breads, charcuterie, pasta and preserves.

- Be a part of menu development

- Manage ordering, stock take and rotation, wastage and EHO compliance (Sous)

- 100% of tips and tronc to the team.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for someone with energy and enthusiasm, to both learn and progress the running of our kitchen. We have a collaborative approach to all aspects of our routine, and an ideal candidate is someone who will fit into and contribute to menu development, clean down and set up, staff meals and sustainability. An eye for detail, quick and efficient working are a must, along with good self discipline and organisation.
