Brindisa Kitchens was founded by the now famous Monika Linton, and 30 years on, we have grown into a Spanish foodie haven, the home of authentic Spanish gastronomy.
We love nothing more than to celebrate the varied cultures, landscapes and above all the exceptional foods of Spain with our guests.
We currently have five tapas restaurants across London and we are expanding, and we are very proud to be the’ home of authentic Spanish food’ in London.
We have some fabulous opportunities for an experienced Sous Chefs to join our passionate and engaging teams at Brindisa Kitchens in our London restaurants.
You are a talented and creative chef and you would love to help and support the Head Chef manage the day to day operation of the kitchen whilst supervising and developing the brigade.
You are passionate about ensuring that the highest standards across all kitchen operations are always maintained.
You take responsibility for the creation of accomplished classic and elegant tapas dishes, ensuring consistent levels of food quality, presentation.
Successful candidates will:
Have previous experience working as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef within a quality restaurant environment.
Be passionate about delivering high quality food and sharing our love of Spanish tapas & drinks with both the team and our customers.
Have good knowledge of the foods and ingredients of Spain.
Ensure our high standards of delivering fresh, flavoursome & beautifully presented tapas and engaging & friendly service are exceeded all of the time.
Be able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a team and enhance the skill level of the brigade.
Actively support the Head Chef in controlling budgets, carrying out back of house duties and the management of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene controls
Be a clear and concise communicator with the ability to multi -task.
