We opened our second site in June of this year, we run a casual brunch menu by day followed by an eastern Mediterranean sharing plates menu in the evening. This second site comes off the back of our award-winning south London brunch spot. We have brought across some of that same brilliant team and are now looking to fill some more senior kitchen roles!
A sous chef to come aboard and take control of the kitchen when the head chef is not around. The job will include aspects of kitchen and stock management, team building and maintenance and of course development of new and exciting menu changes. We require 5 shifts a week on a full time basis!
The Ideal Candidate
Will have at least two years’ experience within a high capacity kitchen and needs to show proven creativity and menu design. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a kitchen during busy service and will also have excellent admin skills with knowledge of relevant stock management software. A sense of humour and outside interests is a must!
