Job Description: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen brigade at Cora Pearl.
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with George Barson, Head Chef of both Cora Pearl and Kitty Fisher’s. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, development and delivery of the menu and will have a hands-on approach in running all aspects of an ambitious kitchen. You will be an excellent leader, who motivates and helps to develop the chefs around you.
Proven experience is essential, at Sous Chef level (or above) in a similar quality-focused restaurant.
