Managing a fast paced kitchen, teaching and evolving younger chefs.

Keeping track of health and safety documentation, placing orders and maintaining high standards regarding food and cleanliness in the kitchen.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

 

A highly motivated job oriented chef, with a good understanding of produce and flavour profiling, who is happy to work in a small team.
