Sous Chef, Lantana

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our well established Shoreditch site; a busy 80 seat restaurant.

 

Lantana's menu is inspired by Australia’s melting pot of culinary cultures and has a fresh, healthy focus using best quality seasonal ingredients. We have busy breakfasts, lunch and weekday dinners. We offer weekend brunch and are closed weekend evenings!

 

Depending on experience, the position comes with an annual salary and the below benefits.

Loves food, drinks, restaurants & people

Has experience in a busy kitchen

Looking for future progression

Wants to support & work as part of a close-knit team

Speaks great English

Valid right to work in the UK is essential
