Sous Chef, Lantana

Lantana is an Australian owned restaurant with 3 central London restaurants and two published cookbooks. We are looking for an ambitious, career focussed Sous Chef for our Shoreditch site; a busy 80 seater restaurant open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch, and for dinner Monday to Friday. No weekend nights!


Depending on experience the position comes with a package of up to £32,000 per annum. You will be working up to 50 hours per week.


Lantana is consistently recognised as a leader in our field of all day casual dining from our famous brunches through to evening share plates.  Our menu is inspired by Australia’s melting pot of culinary cultures and has a fresh, healthy focus using best quality seasonal ingredients.   


We are looking for a positive team player with a passion for food who takes pride in delivering an excellent standard of work and wants to be part of growing business. This is an ideal opportunity for an aspiring Head Chef as we have plans to open another restaurant in the near future.
