Orasay opened in March 2019 by Jackson Boxer, following the success of St Leonards. A chic, creative neighbourhood restaurant in Notting Hill, with a focus on exceptional british seafood.
Sous chef will have a shared responsibility alongside chef-patron Jackson, and head chef Gareth Saywell, in maintaining the excellent quality and delivery of the kitchen. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a small creative and ambitious team, innovating new dishes, sharing skills, meeting organisational demands, equally comfortable running a service as jumping on a section, putting through orders, maintaining a happy, focussed and rewarding environment for the whole kitchen team, which numbers 6 full time chefs. We work between 6 & 8 shifts a week, depending on holidays etc.
