Urban Pubs & Bars is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sous Chef to join the team at the iconic Paradise by Way of Kensal Green.
A true West London institution, the recently refurbished Paradise is as renowned for its culinary clout as its stunning interiors, weekly club sessions, live music nights and cultural events.
Food is at the forefront of everything we do at Paradise, and we are very proud of our menu. On the menu our focus is delicious home cooked British and modern European-influenced food, prepared with love from the freshest seasonal produce. We work with the best suppliers in London to ensure we use the finest ingredients available all year round.
We're looking for a creative, experienced Sous Chef; someone who is passionate about fresh seasonal produce, has a track record of delivering exceptional food in a busy kitchen environment, and is able to assist our Head Chef in leading the brigade.
