We are excited to be opening our second London restaurant and coffee roastery in Bethnal Green.
Opening early October, our 7-day a week eatery will focus on sustainable and whole-cycle cooking, maximising healthiness without sacrificing flavour. We will ferment, pickle, smoke, dry and make everything we possibly can in-house.
As a growing business, we now employ over 150 passionate hospitality pros, across four locations, both here and in New Zealand.

We are looking for a range of full-time and part-time kitchen roles, from Sous Chef to Chef de Partie.

The Ideal Candidate:
Previous kitchen experience is required, relevant to the role, but ultimately we will hire on passion, positivity, strong communication skills and your ability to build relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
