General Manager, My Neighbours the Dumplings

My Neighbours the Dumplings is a family run Chinese dumpling house and Sake bar. We specialise in hand made dumplings, rolled fresh everyday by our expert Dumpling Team in the window of our Victoria Park restaurant.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our original Victoria Park restaurant. Located in the village, the site has a deli celebrating small independent retailers and our own cook at home range, is home to our dumpling team and open air dining in our hanging garden.

The right person for us will have experience is running a busy site, a passion for delivering friendly service focussing on the customer experience and be a hands on and inspiring leader who can support and develop the team as they progress within the company.
