About Us

Skuna Boats and Barge East are two of London’s most unique experience-led hospitality brands.

Skuna Boats offers unforgettable water-based experiences, including Hot Tub, BBQ, and the world’s first Igloo Boats. We are launching exciting new experiences and locations in 2025 including the UK’s first Sauna Boat.
Barge East is a multi-award-winning floating bar, restaurant and riverside gardens.
We’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to drive our creative vision, grow our digital presence, and support the launch of our new experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Content Strategy – Develop and execute creative brand strategies that engage and inspire.
Social Media Content Creation & Mgmt – Create high-quality, engaging content (video, photo, and copy) tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
AI & Digital Innovation – Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, marketing efficiency, and audience engagement.
Marketing Campaigns – Plan and execute creative campaigns to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and bookings.
Website & Digital Presence – Keep both brands’ websites fresh, optimized, and aligned with evolving brand identities.
PR & Partnerships – Build relationships with media, influencers, and partners to maximise brand exposure.
Event Marketing – Support the promotion of new experiences, events, and collaborations at both Skuna Boats and Barge East.

About You

Creative & Visually Driven – A strong eye for branding, storytelling, and design.
Social Media Expert – Confident in TikTok, Instagram, and keeping up with emerging trends.
AI-Savvy – Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, branding, and marketing.
Proactive & Strategic – Able to manage multiple projects and drive creative growth.
Excellent Communicator – Strong copywriting and PR skills to craft compelling messages.
Passionate About Experiences & Hospitality – Excited about creating unforgettable moments across both brands.
