Past Event: Andrew Clarke’s Isolation Kitchen – Episode Three: Sprouted Lentil Dal

As part of CODE’s ‘Learn in lockdown’ series, where we bring insightful, educational and entertaining digital content to our community, we have collaborated with London-based chef, Andrew Clarke, to give you a taste of his life during lockdown in his own isolation inspiration station. Throughout the series, he shared his own experiences of growing, cooking and eating foods that can help towards supporting the function of the immune system.

In the third and final episode, Andrew shows us how to cook up a bowl of nutritious comfort using ingredients he covered in Episodes One and Two which many say could help support your mood, and health both physically and mentally.
