Looking after staff has been one of the biggest challenges for operators during COVID-19, and will likely alter the way we manage our people as we come out of lockdown and restart the hospitality sector.

To coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week, we collaborated with hospitality’s leading human resource management (HRM) software company, Harri, for this Learn in Lockdown session.

Moderated by Tom Howes (Head of Talent Development Technologies at Harri), the Q&A session with Chantal Wilson (People Director at Honest Burgers), Steve Rockey (People Director at Home Grown Hotels and Lime Wood), and Lynette Charles (CEO of Mind in Haringey) explores how they have successfully supported their team engagement through these challenging times and tools they have implemented to ensure staff safety and wellbeing while being furloughed through to reopening.
