2.1 The CODE website contains links to third party web sites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to You and not as an endorsement by CODE of the contents on such third-party web sites.
2.2 CODE is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third party Web sites.
2.3 If You decide to access linked third-party web sites, You do so at Your own risk.
3. JOB POSTINGS
3.1 The CODE website acts as, among other things, a venue for
(a) Recruiters to post job opportunities
(b) Job seekers to search for and evaluate job opportunities.
3.2 CODE is not involved in, and does not control, the actual transaction between recruiters and job seekers. As a result, CODE is not responsible for user content, the quality, safety or legality of the jobs posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of recruiters to offer job opportunities to job seekers or the ability of job seekers to fill job openings and CODE makes no representations about any jobs or user content on the CODE website.
3.3 While CODE reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove user content, job postings or other material from the CODE website from time to time, CODE does not assume any obligation to do so and to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims any liability for failing to take any such action.
3.4 Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003
Job seekers and recruiters need to be aware that the CODE website is a jobs board and operates as a venue only and does not introduce or supply job seekers to recruiters (or vice versa). This means that CODE does not:
(a) Obtain sufficient information for potential recruiters to select a suitable job seeker for the position which the recruiter seeks to fill;
(b) Obtain confirmation of the identity of a job seeker or that they have the experience, training, qualifications or authorisation to work in the position to be filled or that they wish to undertake the role to be filled;
(c) Take any steps to ensure the job seeker and recruiter are each aware of any requirement imposed by law or otherwise which must be satisfied by either of them to permit the job seeker to fulfil the position to be filled;
(d) Take any steps to ensure that it would not be detrimental to the interests of the job seeker or the recruiter for the job seeker to fulfil the position to be fulfilled;
(e) Give any indication to recruiters whether job seekers are unsuitable (or suitable) for any position to be filled in any circumstances;
(f) Propose job seekers to recruiters or provide any information about them;
(g) Take up any references in relation to a job seeker; or
(h) Make any arrangements for accommodation of job seekers.
