To coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week, we have collaborated with hospitality’s leading human resource management (HRM) software company, Harri, for our next Learn in Lockdown session. This live Q&A session with Chantal Wilson (People Director at Honest Burgers), Steve Rockey (People Director at Home Grown Hotels and Lime Wood), and Lynette Charles (CEO of Mind in Haringey) will be moderated by Tom Howes (Head of Talent Development Technologies at Harri) will explore how they have successfully supported their team engagement through these challenging times and tools they have implemented to ensure staff safety and wellbeing while being furloughed through to reopening.
