How to use the CODE app


Choosing your City

CODE is available in a number of cities around the UK. Select your city by using the drop-down menu at the top of the home screen.


Navigating the home screen 

The home screen is your base from which to navigate the CODE app. It comprises filtered circles, from restaurants, bars, or hotels, to what’s nearby, what’s new and lots more. At the bottom of your screen you’ll find a CODE Careers section featuring the latest senior roles in hospitality.


In the top right you can browse all offers in map view, or you can use the advanced filter to pare down results to best suit you. 


If you know exactly what you’re looking for, the quickest way to find it is by using the search bar on the home screen.


Using advanced filters

For a more focused search, you can use the advanced filter tool in the top right of the home screen. You can filter using some or all of the following criteria:

  • Neighbourhood 
  • Type of offer
  • Day of the week 
  • Time of day i.e. breakfast, lunch or dinner
  • Number of people per CODE ID 

Tap ‘Filter’ to activate your search, or ‘Reset’ to clear.



Some of our partners require CODE members to make a reservation in advance of their visit. This will always be specified in the offer details.


You can now make a reservation directly from the offer listing - the ‘make reservation’ button will connect you to the establishment’s preferred booking channel.


Redeeming an offer

The CODE app is time and location specific, which means you can only successfully redeem an offer when you are in the establishment and whilst the offer is live. Note that location services must be switched on in order to do this.


When you are in the establishment and the offer is live, just tap ‘redeem offer’ to display your unique six-digit CODE ID and show this to your server.


Adding to your favourites

You can flag your favourite offers by tapping the star icon in any offer listing. This will add them to your favourites list, which is accessed through the star icon in your navigation bar.



Profile details including name, email address, employer, job title and password can all be updated in Settings, which is accessed through the cog icon in your navigation bar.


This is also where you can add or update your membership code, read our FAQs, contact CODE, and sign out of your account.
