When the Hakka people migrated to India from the Chinese province of Canton, the beguiling amalgam of Indo-Chinese cuisine was born – a delicious crosspollination of Indian spices and traditional Chinese cooking techniques which, in the hands of the Fatt Pundit team, translates to a menu full of hits. You could easily swing through the menu without missing meat or fish – particularly with the sticky sesame vegetables – but it would be a shame to skip the double cut lamb chops, rubbed in an earthy black bean dust and charred to perfection.
