Orasay might be a neighbourhood restaurant, but these tastes are far from home. Named after a part of the Western Isles where Jackson Boxer spent time as a child, there’s plenty of elegant seafood dishes carefully sourced from small day boats. Bold cooking techniques raise the flavour to new levels, with fermentation and open fires finding their place in every dish. These are challenging and exciting dishes, but not without the factor of satisfaction. Beautiful small plates are the mantra here, so try everything and don’t resist the desire to order something twice. It’s fate.
