Pachamama has been around long enough to prove themselves one of the best purveyors of Peruvian food in the capital. Their kitchens have been graced with the talent of chefs from Adam Rawson to John Javier (currently executive chef) as well as many other esteemed industry guests at their Brunch Club pop-ups. It’s testament to how seriously they take the food, whilst knowing how to have a good time. A tempting combination.
Whilst the original Marylebone site is about Peruvian classics, the menu at Pachamama East explores Chifa – a blend of Chinese and Peruvian cooking born from East Asian immigration to Peru.
