The Goring is one of the few remaining privately owned and run hotels in London. Tucked behind Buckingham Palace in Belgravia, the hotel was where the Duchess of Cambridge stayed before her wedding and the dining room is designed by David Linley. With a strong ethos on using produce from the British Isles, the Goring lobster omelette and the beef wellington are both Goring classics but be sure to order the eggs Drumkilbo to start – a favourite of the Queen Mother.
