How can we support our mental health while working in a busy hospitality environment? For this workshop, run by Kelly’s Cause, we’ll use a combination of discussion and practical exercises in order to explore our relationship with stress, looking after ourselves and speaking with others about mental health. Throughout the session, we’ll cover ideas for developing a strategic approach to self-care and conversation tips to create meaningful dialogues on mental health within your teams. There will be a short Q&A as part of this workshop.

Join the CODE team and fellow industry friends for a gentle run. We’ll depart speaker’s corner at 10:00 AM on a 5km around Hyde Park led by the team at TRIBE and the TRIBE Freedom Foundation. We’ll finish the run at Blank Street Marble Arch for a coffee and pastry. You also get to leave with a goodie bag of nutrition from TRIBE.
