CODE Hospitality’s Women of the Year 2025, in partnership with Bibendum Wine, have been announced.

Now in its ninth year, this annual list showcases the women who are currently shaping the hospitality industry in the UK.

The 2025 list was announced at an awards ceremony on Monday 31 March at The Goring, during which we crowned our Woman of the Year, as well as our Lifetime Achievement Award winner.
