Adam Hyman

After a brief stint working in commercial property, Adam followed his true passion and started working in hospitality. Noticing the need for a proper hospitality community, he founded CODE in 2012. When not in restaurants he enjoys travelling and the gym.

Tom Pilgrim
Account manager

A people person through and through, Tom can find common ground with anyone in the room and has enjoyed working with partners and members since 2018 while working on the CODE app. He always brings the fun to team events and enjoys unusual cooking combinations, extremely milky (but strong) tea and other people’s dogs.

Molly Wade
Memberships manager

Championing our industry members, Molly is quick off the mark to solve problems and always has ideas up her sleeve to continue improving the CODE experience. When off-duty, Molly’s interests include hosting themed dinner parties, binge watching Food Network and making extensive hypothetical wish lists on Net-A-Porter.

Henry Southan
Social Media Manager

Having completed his masters in London, Henry joined the CODE team as an editorial intern. Having been nicknamed ‘The Fixer’ by family and friends, he can be trusted for restaurant and bar recommendations around the world. When he’s not eating and drinking, he enjoys traveling and putting his boat license to use at sea.

Will Lake

Fed up with City life and wearing a suit, Will switched banking for hospitality, joining CODE in 2016. As COO Will is responsible for running the business day to day. When he is not working, you’ll usually find him outdoors – either on his bike or walking his dog Alfie.

Sam Selwood
Account Manager

True to his Italian roots, Sam is a foodie to the core. From working in food retail, to supplying restaurants and a stint as a chef, Sam was a keen CODE Member before joining the team in Summer 2021.Sam looks after our Partners as well as looking for exciting new ones. The only thing Sam loves as much as his food is listening to his beloved Radiohead

Mike Daw
Partnerships Manager

After training as a Chef and studying Hospitality at University, Mike migrated to London to join the pre-opening team at the Beaumont Hotel in Mayfair. With time spent in the hotel industry and latterly in corporate concierge, Mike joined CODE in 2021 to look after wider partnerships, Friends of Code and the Good Food Guide partnerships launch.

Chloe Hamilton
Content Manager

After 4.5 years at CODE, Chloe switched from full-time to freelance to focus on shaping editorial and commercial content for both CODE and The Good Food Guide. She’s passionate about flavourful produce farmed regeneratively and loves the hospitality industry for its big-hearted people from all walks of life.

Roxy Yuen
Marketing consultant

Bringing a wealth of experience having worked in fashion, hospitality and entertainment, Roxy joined CODE in 2019 and leads the brand’s marketing, communications and strategy development. In her down time, Roxy can be found learning to knit, making bone broth and practicing the konmari method.
