After a brief stint working in commercial property, Adam followed his true passion and started working in hospitality. Noticing the need for a proper hospitality community, he founded CODE in 2012. When not in restaurants he enjoys travelling and the gym.
Fed up with City life and wearing a suit, Will switched banking for hospitality, joining CODE in 2016. As COO Will is responsible for running the business day to day. When he is not working, you’ll usually find him outdoors – either on his bike or walking his dog Alfie.
With more than 4 years under her belt at CODE Chloe leads the partners and members team and is just as at home making business decisions as she is profiling key industry players. Her desert island hamper would include Pophams maple bacon croissants, veg from Flourish, White Mausu peanut rāyu and a nice South African Pinot Noir.
Championing our industry members, Molly is quick off the mark to solve problems and always has ideas up her sleeve to continue improving the CODE experience. When off-duty, Molly’s interests include hosting themed dinner parties, binge watching Food Network and making extensive hypothetical wish lists on Net-A-Porter.
A people person through and through, Tom can find common ground with anyone in the room and has enjoyed working with partners and members since 2018 while working on the CODE app. He always brings the fun to team events and enjoys unusual cooking combinations, extremely milky (but strong) tea and other people’s dogs.
A key player in keeping the standards high at CODE, Minna uses her wealth of restaurant knowledge to curate the best selection of offers on the app and look after our partners. When she’s not working, you’ll find her at a hot yoga class or having dim sum at Royal China on a Sunday.
Lisa has the rare combination of having been the boss of a newspaper and a professional chef (which means she can take all kinds of heat): she combines her love of writing and restaurants for her work as CODE’s editor. When she’s not cooking or eating, she’s driving around London in her electric car with trusty sidekick, Badger the dog.
Fresh from her return from University in Scotland, Harriet joined the team as CODE’s editorial assistant in the summer of 2019. She now works as staff writer, responsible for writing daily news stories, leading the CODE meets series, running social media channels and assisting CODE’s editor Lisa. When not writing, you’ll find Harriet doing yoga, cuddling her kittens or baking.
Bringing a wealth of experience having worked in fashion, hospitality and entertainment, Roxy joined CODE in 2019 and leads the brand’s marketing, communications and strategy development. In her down time, Roxy can be found learning to knit, making bone broth and practicing the konmari method.
