Time Out Market will open its first UK location and global flagship in London’s West End in the first half of 2028. The market will anchor The Crown Estate’s 10 Piccadilly development at 55 Regent Street, the iconic Grade II-listed building that was for many years home to Tower Records. The 26,400 sq ft venue will span three floors and host a roster of 15 restaurants and bars, both established names and rising stars. Chris Ohlund, CEO of Time Out Group plc, comments: “Securing this partnership with The Crown Estate to create our global flagship in the heart of Piccadilly Circus is one of the most significant milestones in Time Out’s nearly 60-year history. Bringing the globally recognised Time Out Market concept home to London is both a celebration of where we began and a statement of where we are going.” Time Out Market launched in Lisbon in 2014 and now operates 13 locations worldwide.
