Àclèaf to open in Devon

Devonshire chef Scott Paton is a launching new restaurant, Àclèaf, on 22 January. Located in 5-star country manor House Boringdon Hall Hotel, the restaurant will be open to local residents as well as hotel guests.

With Paton at the helm, Àclèaf will aim to showcase British produce, particularly from the Devon area, including an English-led wine offering. Guests can enjoy either a four-course signature menu, costing £80, or a six-course tasting menu at £95.

Speaking about the opening, Paton says “I’m thrilled to be launching Àclèaf later this month; guests can expect a culinary journey led by the bounties of produce available to us in Devon. Àclèaf hopes to present a uniquely immersive dining experience in the south west, a place where guests can feel at ease in the restaurant-team’s hands and hotel’s historic surroundings.”
