A new eastern Mediterranean restaurant and bar is to open on Great Eastern Street next month. BARBOUN is the latest venture from chef Hus Vedat and the team behind Yosma and Hovarda. The 100-cover restaurant will have a menu inspired by the flavours of Levantine coastal towns and the kitchen will be overseen by Fezile Ozalgan.
Sustainability is at the core of the restaurant and it has become a member of the Sustainable Restaurant Association. Deisgned by Fabled Studio, BARBOUN will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and will have a grab and go deli.
BARBOUN opens at 61-67 Great Eastern Street in Shoreditch next month
