Unique-to-Borough creations will include Keralan pepper chicken and a Black and Thunder Flip with Johnnie Walker Black Label and Thums Up cola, reduced and frothed with whole egg, cream and nutmeg. “We’ve waited a long time to find a building we really love here, and I’m incredibly excited that we finally have,” says Dishoom CEO Brian Trollip. “We think we can create something genuinely special in it, and hopefully add a little more to a part of London that is already unbelievably brilliant.” You can sign up for the 50% off soft launch, from 12–20 October, here.
