The Hoxton launches flexible 24-hour check-in/out

An industry first, The Hoxton has launched free 24-hour flexible check-in and check-out for guests in all of its hotels this month. The initiative, called Flexy Time, seeks to make life easier for travellers who don’t want to be restricted by check-out times, or who simply want to enjoy their stay longer.

As one of the first hotels to offer free WiFi to guests and opening up its lobbies to locals, The Hoxton have always sought to do things differently. This new initiative will allow guests staying at one of The Hoxton hotels to check in and out at midnight on the day of their booking.

The hotel group has been trialling its Flexy Time since January 2019. Following a successful trial period, it is now rolling the initiative out across all hotels. Guests who book direct through thehoxton.com with 72-hours advance notice will be able to check-in and check-out from a 24-hour drop-down menu.

Sharan Pasricha, Founder and CEO, commented “when we first thought about offering free flexible check-in and check-out to our guests, I was stunned hotels weren’t already doing it, and thought there must be a reason. However, after trialling it for one year across our hotels, I can happily say we’re ready to roll it out. Flexy Time is part of our first wave of innovations across the digital and technology space which are set to deliver personalised experiences to our guests.”

The launch of Flexy Time follows a string of openings for The Hoxton this year, with Williamsburg and Portland sites opening in 2018, and Chicago and Southwark opening this year. Flexy Time is sure to be welcomed by guests.
